Secure your valuables

For everyone's protection, please secure cash, jewelry, watches, collectibles, prescription medications, sensitive documents, and other irreplaceable or high-value items before your visit. The Happy Home Company is not responsible for unsecured cash or valuables.

Firearms

If firearms are present in the home, they must be safely and securely stored (unloaded and locked) prior to our arrival. Our specialists will not handle firearms under any circumstances. Please disclose their presence in your Home Profile.

Found items

Any item that appears to be lost or of significant value that our specialist encounters will be left in place and noted; we do not remove, secure, or relocate valuables.
