Client Service Agreement

Overview

This Agreement governs Home Reset and related concierge services provided by The Happy Home Company. It incorporates our Cancellation Policy, Membership Terms, Liability Waiver, Photo & Video Release, Access & Alarm Authorization, and the other policies linked on this page.

Scheduling & payment

Visits are scheduled through your client portal or with our team. Payment is due per your booking or membership terms. Recurring plans are billed automatically per visit.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate access, home, pet, and preference information; secure valuables and firearms; maintain a safe environment; and keep your payment method current.

We normally service vacant homes. We will not enter or remain in an occupied home unless a responsible adult (18 or older) is present for the entire visit; otherwise the visit cannot proceed and may be subject to the Cancellation Policy.
