Documentation photos (required)

To maintain quality and protect both you and our team, our specialists photograph the condition of spaces before and after a visit, and document any issues found on arrival (for example, a broken item). These documentation photos are stored securely and are visible to our office/management only. They are used for quality control, training, and dispute resolution.

Marketing use

We use before/after photos of your home in our marketing, website, and social media. We never post your name, address, or any personal or identifying information — only the space itself.

This marketing use is on an opt-out basis: unless you opt out in writing, you consent to this marketing use. You may opt out at any time by sending your request to us in writing, and we will stop future use going forward.

Revoking permission

You may revoke marketing permission at any time by contacting us; we will stop future use going forward. Photos already published in printed materials may take time to cycle out.

Privacy

We will never publish images that show security details, valuables, documents, or anything that could compromise your safety or privacy.
