General acknowledgment
In-home services involve inherent risks. By allowing The Happy Home Company into your home, you assume ordinary risks associated with the services and agree to maintain a reasonably safe environment for our specialists.
Safe environment
You agree to disclose known hazards (for example, unstable structures, electrical issues, pest infestations, mold, or biohazards). We reserve the right to decline or stop a visit if conditions are unsafe; such visits may be subject to the Cancellation Policy.
Excluded conditions
Our standard Home Reset does not include hazardous-material remediation, biohazard/bodily-fluid cleanup, hoarding remediation, pest treatment, or heavy-lifting beyond ordinary tidying. These require specialized, licensed providers.
