Private & confidential — provided to clients of The Happy Home Company.
Recurring visits & billing
Recurring Home Reset plans are billed automatically for each scheduled visit at the rate in effect for your plan. By enrolling, you authorize The Happy Home Company (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on file for each scheduled visit on your selected cadence (e.g., weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks). You will receive a receipt after each charge.
Freezing / pausing your plan
Life gets busy — you may pause your recurring plan.
- •You may freeze your plan up to 2 times per calendar year.
- •Each freeze may last up to 30 days.
- •Please give at least 7 days notice before your next scheduled visit.
- •Billing pauses during a freeze, and your schedule resumes automatically at the end of the freeze period.
Changing your cadence
You may change your visit frequency or preferred day/time at any time from your client portal or by contacting us; changes take effect on your next scheduling cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring plan or membership at any time with 30 days written notice. Billing stops at the end of your current billing cycle. Completed visits are non-refundable. Any single, already-scheduled visit within the notice period remains subject to the Cancellation Policy above.
Price changes
We will give you advance notice of any change to your recurring rate before it takes effect, and you may cancel if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.
