Pets in the home
We love pets! Please disclose all pets in your Home Profile, including temperament and any handling instructions. For the safety of your pet and our team, please secure any pet that may be anxious around visitors.
Handling waiver
Unless a specific pet-care add-on is booked, our specialists are not responsible for feeding, walking, or containing pets. You assume responsibility for your pet's behavior and release The Happy Home Company from claims arising from pet actions, including bites or escapes, except where caused by our negligence.
Access & escapes
Please provide clear instructions to prevent escapes (for example, which doors to keep closed). We will follow reasonable instructions but cannot guarantee against a pet's actions.
