Happy Home Village ("the Village") is a membership-based referral directory operated by The Happy Home Company, LLC ("we," "us"). By accessing the Village website, purchasing a membership, or applying as a Village Helper, you agree to these Terms.

The Village is a directory, not an employer or agency of record for listed helpers. Independent Village Helpers set their own rates, schedules and services. Families and helpers communicate, agree on services, arrange scheduling and handle payment directly with one another. We do not collect payment for babysitting, nanny, pet-sitting, house-sitting or companion services.

We do not guarantee the availability, suitability, performance or continued participation of any helper, nor the suitability of any family. Membership provides access to the directory while the Village operates; it does not guarantee any particular outcome.

You agree to use the Village only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials private, and not to scrape, copy or redistribute directory content or contact details.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the Village is provided "as is" and we disclaim liability for the acts or omissions of any member or helper. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
