Family Membership Agreement

This Agreement is between The Happy Home Company, LLC and the purchasing household ("Member"). A Village Family Membership is a one-time, non-transferable purchase that grants the Member's household access to the Village Helper directory, provider profiles, favorites and in-platform messaging while Happy Home Village operates.

Founding Village Family memberships ($49) are limited to the first 100 households; thereafter the standard Village Family Membership ($99) applies. Prices are shown before checkout and are processed securely through Stripe.

The Member acknowledges that helpers are independent providers, that the Member is solely responsible for interviewing, selecting, supervising and paying any helper, and that the Member should independently verify any credential or reference important to their decision.

The Member agrees not to share login credentials or helper contact information outside the household, and to report concerns through our Complaint and Incident Reporting process.

We may suspend or revoke a membership for misuse, harassment, non-payment or violation of these terms. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
