Be honest. Keep your profile, credentials, experience and rates accurate at all times.

Be reliable. Honor the commitments you make to families; communicate early if plans change.

Be respectful. Treat every family member, pet and home with care, privacy and dignity. No discrimination or harassment of any kind.

Stay in scope. Offer only the services you are qualified and, where required, licensed to provide. Senior companions provide non-medical companionship only.

Keep it safe. Follow family house rules, never use substances while working, never share a family's private information, and report incidents promptly.

Violations may result in suspension or removal from Happy Home Village.
