Cancellation and Refund Policy

Village Family Memberships are one-time purchases. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet contacted any helper through the platform. Email hello@happyhomeco.com with your order details; refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

After 7 days, or once you have messaged a helper, memberships are non-refundable except where required by law. If Happy Home Village permanently ceases operating within 12 months of your purchase, we will refund a pro-rated portion of your membership fee.

Memberships revoked for violations of our Terms are not refunded. Payments between families and helpers are arranged directly between them and are not covered by this policy.
