Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, ZIP code, payment confirmation from Stripe, application details, messages) and basic usage data to operate the Village.

Helper contact details are never displayed publicly. Member families see a helper's first name and last initial, general location, services, experience, rates and verified badges. Families' children's names, home addresses and other sensitive details are never published.

We use information to run the directory, moderate reviews, process memberships, send transactional emails and announcements you can opt out of, and comply with legal obligations. Screening results are stored securely and shared only with the helper they concern and staff who need them.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers we rely on (payment processing, email delivery, hosting, storage) process data on our behalf under contract. You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@happyhomeco.com.
